What We Do
We run a booking and matching service, not a plumbing or heating firm. When you call or send a form, we note what is wrong and where you are, then connect you with an independent local plumbing and heating company from our partner network that can reach your address and suits the fault. We text you the partner's name and details before it arrives.
The Partner Company
The company that takes on your job is independently owned and run. It is not part of 24HR Boiler Repair & Plumber, and your contract for the plumbing or heating work is with that company, not with us. It carries out its own diagnosis, gives its own written quote, does the work and answers for it.
Payments
We do not take payment or issue invoices for plumbing or heating work. Payment for a repair, service or installation goes directly to the partner company that carried it out, on the terms in its written quote. Raise any billing query with that company first.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices are set by the partner company after its own diagnosis, not by us, and are given to you in writing before work begins. We do not quote jobs or promise a price or an arrival time on this site or by phone. Any price ranges shown elsewhere on this site are published guides, not offers.
Complaints and Problems
If something is not right with the work, raise it with the partner company first, since it carried it out and is best placed to put it right. If you cannot reach a resolution, call 07727 932887 and we will help chase it. We cannot promise a particular outcome.
Our Responsibility
Our role is limited to taking your enquiry and arranging a match with a partner company, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for the partner's workmanship, pricing, scheduling or conduct. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
